In 1999, I embarked on a journey that would eventually lead to the establishment of Unnathi Constructions, a name synonymous with excellence in the field of construction and contracting. Freshly employed at Bosch, I was eager to utilize my daily eight hours to engage in productive work that would not only provide earnings but also valuable lessons for the future. This decision was made during a challenging period characterized by economic recession.

The inception of Unnathi Constructions was marked by humble beginnings, with a primary focus on electrical contracting. However, our vision and determination propelled us to diversify into building contracting, construction, and the sale of houses in prominent areas such as HSR Layout, JP Nagar, and BTM Layout 4th Stage.

Over the years, we have undergone a remarkable transformation. What was once a small venture has evolved into a thriving business. As we transition into the digital age, we recognize the need to adapt to the changing landscape. Hence, the creation of this website to provide an insight into our work and our journey since 1999.
